This is a beginner level for children 3 years old and over, who often may not have had lessons before. Independent beginner swimmers without a parent in the water who have a basic understanding of water.
In this class, we teach breath control, submersion, and develop independent mobility and buoyancy skills. We always include the incredibly important safety fall in, which teaches swimmers to spontaneously turn around and swim back to safety.
